Double en-suite room in house share, Stoke Gifford

Large double room available from September in a 4 bed house in Stoke Gifford, Bristol. The room is complete with a private en-suite bathroom (with its own shower) and an integrated wardrobe. The room is listed as unfurnished, but there is currently a double bed which can be left in the room upon request.

Bills are not included with the rent of this room, and are approx. £130 per month (incl. broadband and council tax).

The tenancy would be fixed term, and would run until 9th September 2025.

We are asking for one month’s rent (£625) in advance as a deposit.

The house is in a quiet estate and in close proximity to several large employers, such as Aviva, Airbus and Rolls-Royce. It is also a short walk from UWE, a large Sainsbury’s and Bristol Parkway train station. There is a Metro bus stop within a five minute walk of the house which offers regular service to Bristol city centre and Cribbs Causeway too.

The house has a decent sized garden, a garage (currently used mostly for storage) and a driveway, with extra on-street parking available nearby too. The kitchen has an integrated dishwasher, and there is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and a shared living room.

You will be sharing the house with 3 young, male professionals aged 21-22. We are fairly social, and have built a strong bond during our time living together. We enjoy socialising together as a house, and will frequently play games, cook for one another and book activities together outside the house. However, we are all far from extroverts, so anyone who values having time alone to themselves should not be dissuaded from applying.

Collectively, our shared interests are adventuring, climbing, science, engineering, films, tv, video games, and sports. Anyone who feels like they’d enjoy talking about or engaging with any of these things would be encouraged to apply.

We would be looking for someone young, clean and friendly, who would be happy to do their part to keep the house tidy. We’d hope for you to bring a good sense of humour and integrate into a house of 3 good friends.
