Furnished double room in Filton

Hello,

We are looking to rent our fully furnished double room equipped with a king size bed, wardrobe and some drawers for storage. This is a short term let (max 4 months). Room would be perfect for somebody who is new to Bristol or works close by- we are close to the hospital/UWE/ Airbus/M5/Gloucester Road. We are very chill people and not looking for any party animals. We are both social and are out and about and also work full time.

The property has a decent size kitchen and we have all the stuff needed for cooking. There is also a coffee machine, nutribullet, ninja airfryer and a large american fridge freezer.

We have sky tv in the lounge and kitchen.

We have 2 labradors, so please only apply if you like dogs. They don't go upstairs but they do roam freely downstairs, they are super friendly.
We have a garage and are happy if you need to store a bike or some stuff in there.
There is plenty of on street parking and we have space for 3 cars in the driveway.
There is a small garden and patio area.

Price includes all bills.
