Our house mate thabiso is leaving on the 15/1 and the room will be available from then.

Room will contain bed frame, wardrobe lamp, desk and bedside tables. I believe the bed frame is in need of slight repair.

Large kitchen with centre island, two cookers, two electric stoves. One fridge and one freezer.

Building work will be commencing in January/February to extend the house to build a separate building and the garden space and drive way will be split.

New house mate should be clean, tidy, quiet on work nights past 9/10pm in terms of noise. LGBTQ+ friendly. Hopefully just a respectful housemate :)
