Helloooo,

2 of my wonderful housemates are on their way out of here at the end of September, we have filled one of the spaces already but have a space remaining for the right person.

We are a relaxed, hard working and sociable group of humans between 25 - 35 years of age.

We have a driveway (2 spaces), spacious garden, garage, cosy living room area, kitchen w/ 2 fridges and many houseplants.

The place is 2 minute walk from Filton Abbey Wood train station, 5 minutes to Filton Avenue bus stops (70 & 74) and 10 minutes from abbey wood retail park with the massive Asda.

I love living here, and we take care of the place, and are looking for the right person to join the 3 of the rest of us.

As this is a smaller bedroom the rent is £150 cheaper than the rest of us pay for larger rooms, which we reckon is fair for what the place is. It's also a 6 month contract for more flexibility.
