It's a large flat with a big living room (with a desk for anyone who wants to home work). Loads of kitchen space and room for books.

I'm looking for a professional or a mature masters or phd student.

Some kitchen stuff available but some pans etc may need to be provided by yourself.

Current flatmate is friendly, quiet, full time working professional.

Back of the flat is a giant park, with a gym across the park. 12 min walk to filton Abbey Wood station and 30 minutes walk to bristol parkway station. 10 minute from Abbey Wood retail park and filton retail park.

On easy bus routes into town - 70, 71, 74 and 75.
