Top Floor Room to Rent

I am moving out and need someone to replace me in the 9 bedroom house of all students. The room is on the top floor and there is only one other adjacent room who I share a bathroom with (the bedroom for rent is the largest in the house). There is an attic space right next to you, rarely used that I usually store items in too.

The rest of the house is spacious and recently completely refurbished (6 months ago). There is enough on drive parking for at least 5 cars and plenty free street parking nearby. Garden, patio and bike shed in the garden.

Other tenants are students so for council tax exemption to be maintained new tenant must be a student. The tenancy ends in June and most likely will be available for renewal. Happy to provide more photos or viewing.
