Hey, my cousin is moving out and her room will become available. We can be fairly flexible on the move in date, but ideally within the next couple of months.

You’d be sharing the house with just one other person (29, female, working professional, hybrid) and a very cute dog, so hopefully, you’re comfortable with pets.

Currently the furniture in the bedroom (except for the bed and mattress) belongs to her, but the landlords also have some spare desk and chest of drawers available. Happy to discuss potentially leaving the wardrobe in the room or it can be rent on the unfurnished basis. The rest of the house is fully furnished.

📍 Location: Filton

- 6 min walk to Filton Abbey Wood train station (7min ride to Bristol Temple Meads)
- 1 min walk to the closest bus stop, with two different buses (70 & 74) running regularly into the city centre and Gloucester Road, including at night times, which is super handy (35-40min bus journey to the centre).
- Less than 15 min walk to the Filton Abbey Wood shopping area with ASDA, PureGym, Snap Fitness and some restaurants. Slightly further away, there is also Lidl, Aldi and a lovely Boston Tea Party.

It’s ideal if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxed place with a garden and lots of privacy. Best fit for another professional, someone in a similar age range who values a peaceful home environment, as this is not a party house.

💰 Rent: £850 pcm, including all bills except gas & electricity.

Gas & electricity are split monthly based on usage (currently around £45 pp/month in summer and £100 pp/month in winter).
