The double room to rent has an en suite with large shower, a toilet and a basin. The room is available furnished or unfinished - if you’d like to bring your bed let me know, if you need one provided, this can also be done, no problem. There’s wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The living room, dining room and kitchen is all open living space at the back of the house with a large bifold to the garden which has a patio and Astroturf.

The house has a high standard throughout with neff appliances and induction hob in the island which is great for entertaining. American fridge freezer with built in water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine are here too

Travel:
The house is on Cheltenham road, near the traffic lights (so won’t get stuck waiting to pull out onto the main road) and has off road parking at the front of the house for multiple cars. The house is 1.5miles from Gloucester city centre and 5 miles from Cheltenham city centre and very close to the m5 motorway

Household bills are included c/tax, gas, water, electric, internet is 1000Gb .
