Double room in homely house share

The double room is in the centre of the house, has a double bed, bedside table and drawers and clothes rail for you to use.

There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with walk'in shower. There is a shared large open plan living room/dining room and fully equiped kitchen with everything you need. There is also a utility room with tumble dryer, washing machine and iron/ironing board.
Outside there is a rear medium sized garden and street parking.

The house is located on a main bus route, with buses going to cheltenham, and Gloucester city center. Only a 15 minute walk to the quays, 20 minute walk into gloucester town/train station, and close to the canal path for nice walks/runs.

There are both local Aldi and Lidl supermarkets within a 10 minute walk and Sainsbury's, asda and tesco aren't much further. There's also a post office a few doors down, co-op, pharmacy, and the best fish and chip shop in Gloucester just a 2 minute walk.
5 minute walk away you also have bristol road with an array of take out food options for you to try and find your fave.

The monthly rent includes fibre optic broadband and all utility bills.
We have the added bonus of Netflix and some sky TV channels on the large Tv in the living room for all housemates to use and enjoy.

The current housemates are 28 and 39yr old professionals who are clean, tidy and respectful.
They enjoy keeping fit, chilled nights in with a good film or series or boardgame, and a social drinks occasionally.

We are a friendly household who enjoy socialing but are equally respectful of each others personal space.

The house has character and is very much a home rather than a showhome, and would suit someone who is like minded and looking for somewhere that they to can call home.
