Furnished double room with ensuite - mon to fri

I’m looking for a mon-fri renter and dependent on circumstances may exceptionally consider a full 7 weekday let for additional fees. I have successfully hosted both female and male guests over many years and consider myself a relaxed landlord to get on with. This is a new build spacious detached house on the Hunts Grove development (map location is slightly out but I can’t change that) with all the mod cons - easy parking and convenient for the motorway at Junction 12 M5/bus into city. Use of amenities and bills included. I’m easy going professional engineer like sport music etc , going out on my Mountain Bike combined with an odd pub on the way ! Happy to chat socially in an evening or give you privacy either way,. You will have full access to kitchen dinner area with a TV and garden. Bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and drawers and Wifi throughout with an ensuite.
