I am happy to accommodate either a full-time lodger or a Monday-to-Friday lodger.

Located on the edge of Gloucester in Hardwicke, the property offers excellent transport links, with Gloucester city centre just a 10-minute drive away and Junction 12 of the M5 only 5 minutes away. There is a bus stop within a 5-minute walk and parking is available directly outside the property.

Local amenities are all within easy reach, including Asda, Lidl and B&M (approximately 15 minutes' walk), Tesco Express (10 minutes' walk), a gym (15 minutes' walk), Rosebank GP surgery (10 minutes' walk), as well as Starbucks, Hickory's Smokehouse and Miller & Carter, all within walking distance. The nearby canal towpath provides excellent routes for walking, running and cycling.
