Down stairs is me, my daughter and our dog Ruby.

The second bedroom upstairs is occupied by a single male.
The main bathroom is upstairs, we rarely use it. We have our own downstairs toilet.
The downstairs is off limits.

Friendly dogs welcome, if they are quiet, clean and not going to be left for a very long time.
