Double room in cosy house with friendly dog

Hi :) im looking for a housemate who doesn't want to just stay in their room as it would be great to have someone to watch tv and eat dinner with every now and again. I also appreciate my own space and time alone! I live with my spaniel, Pablo, who has no respect for personal space so you'd need to be comfortable with a cuddly attention seeking dog.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished. There is currently a single bed and a desk in there, but I have a double bed and chest of drawers in the garage if you wanted to swap things around.

There's a bathroom which we'd be sharing, and downstairs is a lounge diner and a kitchen. There's no separate room downstairs so im looking for someone who is happy to be sociable.

I work from home 2 days a week, will often be out visitng friends and family, or on a dog walk. Im at the gym early 3 times a week and in the evenings like to chill with a bit of tv.
