2 double rooms

I have a 2 double size rooms to rent in a 3 bedroom house in the centre of Nailsworth. You will be sharing with myself.

The rooms have joint use of bathroom, kitchen (own cupboard), living room, downstairs cloakroom & large South facing garden.

I'm looking for reliable professionals, non smokers who's clean and tidy.

Rent is £600.00 per calendar month per room (all bills included) due on the 1st of each month. Minimum of 6 months stay. Available from 1st August.

There is an opportunity if wanted to rent the 2 rooms and use one as your bedroom and one as your own private living room like my current tenant does.

2 references required. 1 being from current employer.

First months rent and deposit of £600.00 due before occupancy.
