Double Room Available in a Friendly, Relaxed Home in North Bristol

I’m looking for a professional lodger to share my home in North Bristol.

It’s a clean, comfortable and well-maintained house with a relaxed atmosphere. It’s definitely a home rather than a party house, and I’d love to find someone who wants that too, someone friendly and sociable, while also being happy doing their own thing.

I work in project management and split my time between working from home and being out and about. Ideally, I’m looking for another working professional with a reasonably regular routine. Someone who works mainly on-site would probably suit the household best, although it’s more important to find the right person.

I think we’d be a good fit if you’re clean and considerate with shared spaces, enjoy a peaceful home, and are independent but also happy to have a chat, share a cup of tea or occasionally watch something together rather than living completely separate lives under the same roof.

Outside work I enjoy yoga, swimming, walking, gardening, seeing friends and generally making the house a lovely place to come home to.

I’m looking for someone who wants to treat the place as their home too, rather than simply somewhere to sleep. Equally, there’s no expectation that we need to socialise together all the time, a nice balance of friendliness and independence would be ideal.

Weekday-only arrangements may also be considered for the right person.
