Double bedroom Mon-Fri only let

Hello, we have a spare double room in our house, to live with me Dave and my partner Soph, and we have a very friendly 8 year old cat Snowball and 1 year old kitten Peaches (they are allowed outside and generally we don't let him upstairs so the spare bedroom is mostly cat-free).

We're looking for a Monday (morning) to Friday evening let only, for one person. I'm a 37 yr old working at one of the nearby engineering companies.

The spare bedroom:
Double bed with comfy mattress, TV with freeview, desk and chair, chest of drawers. We occasionally have guests staying in the room on weekends but you're welcome to leave your things in the room and of course we would use separate bedding, we can also wash your bedding/towels for you whenever you need as well.

Rest of the house:
1 shared bathroom, garden, shared living room and kitchen/dining room combo. Fast broadband. Washing machine and tumble dryer you are welcome to use. We would want you to feel like this is your own home too. 4 mins walk from the 75 bus stop to town, 15 min walk to Asda Cribbs, 25 mins walk to Village Gym.

The garden backs onto Gorse Covert park/nature reserve. Plenty of birds and the odd hedgehog visit the garden.

We're very easy going, happy to socialise or leave you be! No minimum term or deposit. All bills included.
