Bright Double Room in Calm and Friendly House

We're looking for a respectful, friendly housemate to join our home. This is a spacious, south-facing room with plenty of natural light throughout the day and built-in wardrobes offering excellent storage.
 
The current housemate is happy to leave the bed, mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe organisers if desired, but the room can also be provided unfurnished.

Move in date is flexible, earliest date being 27th of Dec 2026
 
The House
The house has four rooms in total, but only three are used as bedrooms, one as an office, meaning you'll only be sharing with two other housemates. The property benefits from:

The house originally came unfurnished (apart from white goods), so we've gradually made it a comfortable home. We share a washer, dryer, air fryer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle, along with a fully equipped kitchen that has pretty much everything you could need.

Costs - rent is due on the first of the month
• Rent: £550 pcm
• Bills: approximately £200 pcm (can be slightly higher during winter months)

• 8mins walk to Bristol Parkway station
• 10mins drive from uwe
• Close to MOD Abbey Wood and Aztec West
• Quiet residential area with a lovely local pub nearby
 
About Us
You'll be living with:
• A Female 25-year-old Urban Designer who works from home 2-3 days a week from a private office
• A Male 26-year-old mature student in his final year of Product Design
 
We're both very easy-going and keep the house clean, respectful and calm. During the week everyone tends to do their own thing, and the house is generally very quiet. We go to the gym together in the evenings and occasionally spend weekends watching shows, playing card games or heading to the local pub for a drink.
We also have a small dog living with us. He's a very friendly 13-year-old dog, he doesn't shed any hair and mostly spends his days sleeping. Anyone applying must be comfortable living with and liking dogs.

We're ideally looking for a professional, although students will also be considered.
