2 bed furnished coach house

This is a comfy coach house, part furnished (the spare room has no furniture and there will be no sofa) located in Patchway, close to the M5, supermarkets, Cribbs Causeway shopping mall and Venue etc.

We are looking for a respectable professional to occupy our house as it is important to us that its current condition is well maintained. Therefore, we politely ask for non-smokers and, although pet lovers ourselves, would appreciate no pets to be kept in the house in order to support the upkeep of the carpet and furnishings.

You would be welcome to bring any additional furniture into the house if you would like, within reason.

*Please note that the sofa shown in the photos will no longer be in the house at the time of letting. However, there will be one comfy seat in the living area as well as 4 wooden chairs next to the table for seating.
