Double bedroom for rent with parking

I am a 29 year old female looking for another housemate to share my newly refurbished house. I am looking for a housemate who is professional, respectful, social and friendly. I would like to have people who I can spend time with at home and outside at a restaurant, pub, outdoor sports, or other activities. I am an outgoing person but also like my own space, so would like to meet likeminded people.

I work full time for the NHS and have weekends off. I have a friendly outdoor cat

The house is around 6 minute drive to town and a 5 minute walk to sainsburys, good parking outside house.

Rooms are furnished. I have my own Ensuite so 2 bathrooms both with showers, toilets and sinks in situ. will be shared between 2-3 housemates.

I have a large newly installed kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and a large American fridge freezer. There will be a dining room and living area space.

Prefer housemates to not be WFH and no couples sorry!

Short term rents considered with additional charges.
