We, a professional couple, own and live in our three bed house. Working in hybrid pattern.
The double bedroom would be suitable for someone to use as a temporary accommodation in the weekdays while they work away from home (or something similar) and have a permanent base elsewhere.
It is a double bedroom, looking for someone to occupy weekdays only. The main bathroom would be solely used by tenant, as we have an ensuite.
Allocated parking is available.
Kitchen and dining area are available to use at certain times. However it's a vegetarian household, so we would request you not to cook any meat.
The rent will include all the bills.
