We, a professional couple, own and live in our three bed house. Working in hybrid pattern.
We have this south facing double bedroom, suitable for someone to use as a temporary accommodation in the weekdays while they work away from home (or something similar) and have a permanent base elsewhere.
Please note, we are looking for a lodger to occupy for weekdays only. The main bathroom would be solely used by the lodger, as we have an ensuite.
Plenty of street parking is available to use without restrictions.
Kitchen and dining area are available for limited use.
The rent will include all the bills.
