Garden facing double in creative houshhold

A three bedroom Semidetached house with large front and back gardens in cul-de-sac. Lovely light, west facing double room available from early September. Furnished or part furnished with built in wardrobe and garden views. Being higher up in Cashes Green there are lovely walks from the house in several directions with some great views.
I am an artist/creative in my early 60's and live a pretty quiet life when not at work, often in the garden or my art studio. My daughter (37) is also currently living here with her dog Pepe. I am open to other dogs but would need to work with existing animals. .
There is a tiny wood fired sauna in the garden and an outdoor sofa.
I would be very happy for help in the garden, both general maintenance and veg growing, so sharing the veg beds if wished. A mostly quiet Close, The Wordens has parking and a has bus running into town from the end of the road.
This household isn't suitable for someone who works from home full time.
