A three bedroom Semidetached house set well back from the quiet close. Lovely light, west facing double room available from immediately. I am an artist/creative in my early 60's and live a pretty quiet life when not at work, often in the garden or out walking my part-time dog. My adult daughter may be here at times in the third room with her sight-hound Pepe, but mostly it is just me and the big front and back gardens.
The house is a little rough round the edges in places but full of charm and very connected to the outdoors. There is a tiny wood fired sauna in the garden and an outdoor sofa.
I would be very happy for help in the garden, both general maintenance and veg growing, so sharing the veg beds if wished. A mostly quiet Close, The Wordens has ample parking and a bus running into town from the end of the road.
