Quiet House with Large Room

Local Yoga teacher with a cat offering a large room with comfortable bed and nice views out towards the commons.

My house is located at the top of town Stroud. It takes around 15 minutes to walk into town and more like 20 to 25 minutes to walk back up. There is a bus that comes up this way and there's parking for a car. There's also a big secure shed to store a bike. Also, very nice gardens at the front, side and back with raised beds if you'd like to grow food or flowers. It's near to lovely walks in the Heavens and Lypiatt meadow and is also a 5 minute walk to Bisley Road cemetary, area of natural beauty and conservation.

I lead a healthy and quiet lifestyle so it would suit someone similar. I'm a early to bed early to rise person with the very occassional mad night out dancing. I love singing, dancing classes, cooking and meditation. Politically, I am socialist leaning so couldn't share with a right winger!

I don't share my sitting room but I am up for some shared meals once a week or so and chats in the kitchen etc.

I do eat some meat and fish.

I've rented before and have noticed lodgers expecting that only I clean the shared communal areas. I need to share with someone who regularly cleans and tidies the kitchen, bathroom, hall and landing. I work full time pretty much and have a fairly active social life outside of the home.

Also, if you are interested and do not have a profile, please tell me something about yourself and why you are interested in this particular room. You are sharing my home and so it feels important that this situation can work as harmonious as possible.

I'm open to someone renting the room who has a child that needs to stay over once a week or so.
