Located in a family home in Up Hatherley, a clean comfortable double room, fully furnished including TV and desk.

All bed linen and towels provided and room cleaned weekly. Use of washing machine and wi-fi included. My lodger has the use of the communal areas of the house and garden. Parking for one vehicle on front drive.

I am looking for a professional lodger who is looking for a comfortable room which is home from home. Bills are included unless an excessive amount of additional electricity is used.

House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac a short drive from GCHQ, Staverton Airport and training facilities, Gloucester and Cheltenham town centre. Supermarket and other facilities are 5 minutes’ walk from property.

Would prefer a quiet house guest who does not smoke or drink excessively (except coffee!). I look forward to hearing from you and showing you the room. As I have two cockapoos, dog lovers please but I cannot accommodate another dog.
