Double Bedroom in Beautiful Ground Floor Flat

I’m renting out my second double bedroom with its own full bathroom (shower over bath) in my 2 bed property - all bills included. The flat is a ground floor flat.
My room has an en-suite so you would have sole use of this main bathroom.
It’s furnished with a double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers (this furniture can be removed if you already have items of your own!)

The flat has a storage cupboard with a tumble dryer inside.
The kitchen/ living room is open plan, with integrated fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and gas oven.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses pots and pans. Airfryer, slow cooker.
Kitchen island, very large comfy sofa and large TV.

You’ll be living with me, a 29 year old nurse working at Bristol children’s hospital (weekdays only, no night shift or weekend work!).
I love socialising, cooking meals together, watching tv, doing ANYTHING creative (playing guitar, piano, sewing), going for walks/ hikes. I love hosting girls nights with board games/ cheese&wine. I’m not a partier but will socially drink and enjoy going to the pub. Also chill with having alone time and giving you privacy!

Extra bonus points if you have an indoor only cat but probably won’t accept other pets (sorry).

The flat also has 1 allocated covered driving space (great in the winter, you never have to scrape off your car!) and 4 visitor spots in the car park. There is also loads of free on street parking at the front and side roads also.

Looking for someone who will want to stay 6-12 months, but happy to have a contract that runs month-to-month for flexibility!
