The house is located in a lovely area, 2 minutes walk from the High Street and Barking station (with connections to the District line, Hammersmith & City line, London Overground and C2C) ;
- 17 minutes by train to Canary Wharf;
- 14 minutes by train to the City (C2C) or 23 minutes by tube (District/. H&C lines).
