The room will come with a double bed, white wooden wardrobe (not in pics, need an updated one), desk/dressing table and shelf/drawers unit. There are two bathrooms in the flat - you will have access to the main bathroom and I have my own en-suite. Full use of kitchen / living room / balcony etc. The flat is about a 9 minute walk to Barking Riverside station which is 1 stop on the overground to Barking station which has the c2c to Fenchurch street, the District line and the Hammersmith and City line so has great transport links. You can also get the Uber boat which is a 10 min walk from the flat. Barking Riverside is a new area which has a lot of potential - if you search Barking Riverside you can see all the plans for the area. The flat was built in 2019 so it’s very new and modern.
A bit about me - I am 25 years old, I work in insurance in the City and go into the office 4 days a week. On Fridays I work from home. I am very sociable and like going out after work and on the weekend. I am looking for a female, who preferably works in their place of work at least some days.
