I'm renting out a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom flat in Barking Riverside, I am the 2nd occupant since it was newly built. Council Tax Band C

The flat has 2 bedrooms, one is an en-suite, which would be yours and the other bedroom and main bathroom is what I currently occupy solely. Looking for a likeminded housemate to occupy the en-suite room as I have been doing so for 5 years now peacefully.

There is a kitchen with all modern tools; Oven, Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer and plenty of air vents. There is also Washing Machine and Dryer. Walk in wardrobe in en-suite room will just need a bed.

The flat has a living room, and a balcony, aswell as allocated parking inclusive in the rent and bills. A 2 minute walk from COOP
local store, 8 minute walk from Barking Riverside Station, 10 minute walk from Uber Boat pier with connections to Greenwich, Westminster and Canary Wharf. 12 minute drive to London City Airport.
