Looking for a comfortable and well-kept place to call home? We have a spacious double room available ASAP in our lovely home!

🛏️The Room
The bedroom is very spacious, with plenty of natural light, enough space for a desk/workstation, and has built-in wardrobes for ample storage space. The bed will be provided by the landlord, however, the prospective tenant is welcome to supply their own.

🏡The House
We live in a peaceful, safe neighbourhood with plenty of beautiful walking spaces. Our home has a good-sized, fully furnished kitchen and a tastefully decorated living room, perfect for socialising and relaxing with a warm, homey vibe.
There is one bathroom with a full-sized bath/shower, as well as a separate toilet downstairs. We also have a garden- ideal for enjoying some fresh air, summer BBQs or even some gardening if you've got a green thumb!

We are two professional women who love to keep a peaceful, well-maintained and inviting home. We enjoy a healthy balance of sociability and personal downtime, value mutual consideration and believe in preserving a positive, relaxed atmosphere. Between us, we enjoy a mix of travelling, reading, socialising, fitness, gardening, eating out, looking after our wellbeing, networking, and living out our faith.

📍 Location & Transport:
We only live 15 minutes by bus to Barking Station (Elizabeth Line, District Line, Hammersmith & City, C2C, Overground) and less than 10 minutes by bus to Barking Riverside Station (Overground), providing easy access to Central London and surrounding areas. Buses are regular, running about 5- 8 minutes for a quick and convenient commute. There is also ample parking space available.

💰 Rent & Bills:
Deposit: £850
Rent: £850 per month
Bills: Although council tax is covered, bills are not included. However, they only range from about £50-60 per month, covering gas, electricity, water and WiFi.
