Cosy and well situated

There’s an en-suite room available in my house in Barking, and I’m looking for someone to share the space with. It’s a cozy, comfortable home with a relaxed vibe and what you need to feel at home.

A Bit About the Room and House:

The room comes with its own private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) so no need to share, which makes life easier.

A kingsize bed and an attached annexe space which can be used as an office.

There’s a garden at the back, which is great for enjoying some fresh air and access to a driveway way if you have a car.

The shared living room and kitchen are welcoming , it’s a place where you can unwind and feel at ease.

The Location:

The house is about a 5 minute walk from the district line underground train (Upney) and around 17 minute walk from Barking Station, so it’s really convenient if you need to get into central London or anywhere else. The area has lots of shops, cafés, and markets close by, and Barking Park is close if you like green spaces.

I think Barking’s a great place to live, it’s lively, multicultural, and well connected, with good bus routes and easy access to main roads like the A13 and A406.
