Offering a bright and spacious double en-suite room available in a lovely 2-bedroom flat. The room gets plenty of natural light, has a great amount of space, and comes with its own private shower.

The flat itself is well-kept, clean, comfortable and has a calm, relaxed atmosphere, a nice place to come home to.

You’d be sharing with me — I’m 28 and work in sales. I have a quiet lifestyle and really value a peaceful, clean, and respectful home.

I’m looking for someone who is:
• Clean and tidy, and mindful of shared spaces
• Easygoing
• Comfortable living with a cat, so pet-friendly, this is very important :)
