Looking for a female only who would like a room, reason female only is i seem to get along better with females lol!!

I have a double bedroom that comes with your own bathroom (not en-suite)
Must be clean and tidy

Full disclosure, i do get some noise from upsatirs neighbour, mostly kids running around early evenings.

Me, i drive for Uber, so am out and about and various times, but mostly evenings, im friendy person, i do smoke but not in the flat, only outdoors
