Comfortable double bed with dedicated bathroom

Hello,

A little bit about the property:
- You'll have a cosy, furnished bedroom with a double bed. There is plenty of storage space in the room via the cupboards, but there's also a small utility room for additional space if needed. On top of this, you'll also have your own dedicated bathroom in the hallway.
- The shared space is an open-plan living area and kitchen. The kitchen has the common appliances you'd expect: an oven, toaster, electric hob, and kettle. The kitchen also has a washing machine (without a dryer) and dishwasher. You'll have your own storage space in the kitchen but I’m happy for you to share the cutlery and plates that are already here.
- We have a solid average 300MBps (peak of 550MBps) broadband speed at home which helps if you need to work from home. Bills + Wifi included.
- The apartment itself well-located, and it only takes 12 minutes to walk to Barking station, which has amazing links to central London. The A406 is very close too, making it easy to drive in and around London. There are lots of good restaurants, and supermarkets around, and several gyms within 5" of the apartment.
- We're okay to rent out to couples but will adjust the rent accordingly. The quoted £1100 is for single people only.

About me and my wife:
My wife and I are the ones living here. We’ve been here for the past year, and we’ve tried to create a cosy and comfortable home. We're both looking forward to sharing the space with someone respectful, friendly, and tidy. My wife and I are very relaxed and like to use our down-time to go to art exhibitions in the city, play videogames, keep fit, and cook. We’re both looking forward to meeting you if this suits you too!
