Please read ad fully before responding. I have a single room to rent in our housein Dagenham/Goodmayes for (one)
Working/professional female. We have local shops near by and public transportation in less than two mins walk. Lots of food, grocery shops, Tesco, Poundkingdom and Postoffice within 5 mins walk. The bus stop less than a minute walk. The room is fully furnished. My new lodger will have access to kitchen, back garden and bathroom . Working /professional FEMALE only please. I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker and not too noisy. I am looking to rent to a working female. Proof of income/job required (bank statements or pay slips). Students (F)are welcome if they can provide proof of funds available. Rent is £650 for single room. Utility bills and FREE WiFi are included in the rent for full time working FEMALE only ,NOT Person WORKING FROM HOME.
