One double room in the west side of the house which gets plenty of sunlight is available to rent in our spacious newly refurbished house which is less than 5 minute walk from Barkingside Train Station. High street is few minutes walk where you will find most of the common banks. Tesco and Sainsbury is in a 5 minute walking distance. We have 2 bathrooms and in downstairs there is a clean, tidy newly built kitchen. It's a furnished house. Required one month deposit and month rent in advance.
