We are looking for an established working professional who sees London as their home and is looking for a comfortable, high-standard place to live on a stable, longer-term basis.
Our ideal housemate is independent, sociable and has an active life outside the house — work, friends, restaurants, pubs, gym, theatre, hobbies or simply enjoying what London has to offer. The house itself is intentionally kept peaceful, clean and relaxed.
This would particularly suit someone who values quality of living over simply finding the cheapest possible accommodation, has a comfortable and stable income, and wants to live with other mature professionals in a well-maintained home.
The household lifestyle is also low-maintenance when it comes to the kitchen. We tend towards simple, quick meals, salads, sandwiches, ready-to-heat food, takeaways or eating out rather than lengthy daily cooking sessions. If cooking elaborate meals at home every day is an important part of your lifestyle, this probably won't be the right house for you.
We are looking for someone who:
is an established working professional;
is looking for a stable, longer-term home in London;
has an independent and active lifestyle;
appreciates a quiet, exceptionally clean and well-maintained home;
is considerate with shared spaces and keeps kitchen use reasonably quick and simple;
has an individual monthly income of at least 4× the monthly rent.
Both rooms are strictly single occupancy. The £650 room is a smaller single room, while the £750 room is a larger double room for one person only.

(Rent includes all bills. Both rooms come fully equipped with a TV).

The house is fully renovated, modern, and completely mold-free. It features:

​A very spacious kitchen (we cook rarely to avoid being intrusive).
​Washing machine and tumble dryer.
​A wonderful garden with a dehor where we occasionally host barbecues.
​Plenty of free parking available right in front of the house.
​The Area
The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and crime-free. It is highly residential with nice people around, and it is completely safe for walking at night.

We are a group of 5 friends who have been living together for three years. We are sociable but peaceful, quiet, and deeply respectful of the home's tranquility. Cleanliness is very important to us—we always keep the common areas and bathrooms spotless.
