Double room in a very calm area in Barnet

Hello, I'm Pal, a classical musician (playing the cello).
The room is medium sized, spacious for a single occupant, in a terraced house right next to a woodland nature reserve, hence it is very quiet, apart from the birds, with lovely fresh air. The room is on the 1st floor, facing the quiet road (NE). There is a small garden (opening to a green) with a decked area. Bus is a 5 minutes walk for connections to Piccadilly and Northern Lines. There is also a train connection to King's X or Moorgate. Both Piccadilly Line and the train are a pleasant 15 minutes walk. Parking is no problem.
I am very private person and also respect others' privacy, the existing lodger is similarly so.
I welcome a student or single professional person who appreciate the quiet location and cherish a calm life style. Non smokers are preferred if possible. House trained (not too huge) pets are negotiable.
