This is an advert for a large double room, 150sq ft, situated on the 3rd floor of a family house. The house is situated in a very quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood with a lot of green areas that are perfect for taking long walks and hiking if that interests you.
The house is 0.8 mile from Barnet hospital, 0.5 mile from local stores and supermarkets, 1.3 miles from High Barnet tube station that is on Jubilee line and 0.3 miles from a bus stop that goes directly to Barnet high street.
This accommodation will only suit a professional individual who would need a quiet environment to unwind and relax after work.
I currently work in NHS on a shift pattern between 60-70 hours a week, hence you’d have the house most of the times to yourself. Other people in the house are my sister who occasionally stays with me and some days of a month my son who is 6 will stay with me.
In the house there’s a fully equipped kitchen that you are welcome to use. There’s a lounge with a dining table on the ground floor. There is a large green garden with Patio and furniture that you are welcome to use. There’s a toilet on the ground floor that you can use and also there’s a toilet and bath and shower next to the room on the third floor for your use. The room has large inbuilt wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The rent includes 250mb fiber optic broadband, TV channels and Netflix. There are some furniture in the room if you’d like to have your own furniture, I can remove the existing ones but also if you’d need any additional furniture, I’m happy to provide it for you.
IMPORTANT terms and conditions:
1. By renting this room you are entitled to use facilities listed above. However, house guest are strictly not allowed nor is sharing the house keys with anyone.
2. I require one month rent as fully refundable deposit and one month rent in advance.
3. You are required to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of your room as well as shared areas of the house after your use, i. e kitchen after preparing your meal etc.
4. The rent includes the utilities bills such as electricity, gas and water. However, since the cost of utility bills have rocketed up in the recent years, I require you to be considerate in your usage of electricity, gas and water.
