I have 2 small cute dogs well behaved. Quiet and clean. The home does not smell of dogs. They are clean, regular treated and done not shed hair. They also do not go in your private space.

About me. I'm a friendly, calm natured, mature girl, no children. Just yourself and I Very easy to get along with, I'm not a party girl. I don't have visitors in and out daily. I go out and see friends. Your entitled to have friends ofcourse, baring in mind you are occupying a room with shared facilities. Please be mindful of this. This household does not entertain overnight stays. If you have a persons who wishes to stay overnight, this is fine prior to arranging this and a fee will be charged. It's a relaxed, clean, friendly environment, we have to respect both our personal belongings/boundaries and eachother. There is free parking, small shed not for large storage. Secure home and garden.
As it's furnished. No furniture is to be bought in. But I'm very happy to discuss with you, if you need to bring some items.

As I have 2 small chilled pets I only ask that you genuinely like pets and not just say so for the benefit of the room.
It's possible after you view the room and we get along fine and the necessary documents are proved, and would like to arrange a stay overnight for 1 night (£70) charge. Check in after 2pm check out 11am
the following day.
This way you get a better feel of the place most definitely. We get to have a chat a laugh or even watch a movie. Or walk the dogs in one of many beautiful landscapes. We can discuss allergies if any kind nearer the time
