Room for Rent in New Barnet

👋Hey everyone! I am a 23 year-old Masters student at LSE looking for a flatmate for a spacious, modern and clean 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom flat in New Barnet.

🔑Room for rent is a double bedroom which is furnished with a wardrobe, bedside cabinets, a mirror and a double bed. You will also get your own toilet and shower (non en-suite) and share a living room and kitchen with myself. It is a bottom floor flat but there is also a balcony as well.

👊I am looking for a fun, friendly and clean flatmate preferably around my age (20-25). My interests include football, working out/fitness, films, music, socialising and nature..

🚇The flat is a 5 minute walk from new Barnet railway station and a 20 minute walk from High Barnet underground station.

🚶‍♂️Also a 5-10 min walk from the high road with supermarket, shops, pubs and bus stops.

🛜Flat has fast wifi (roughly 150mbps near the router and at least 90 mbps in every room)

🙂There is also a large TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, iron, mop, hoover.

🚘Parking is not available directly in front of the building but there are plenty of spaces nearby on neighbouring streets.

🏡The building is very welcoming and all the neighbours are friendly and easy to live alongside.
