Sharing with two professional in their late 30s and early 40s. (Musician and Chef) We are looking for a friendly and social individual to share our house with. The shared parts of the house are kept tidy and clean for everyone to use. We enjoy eating together, gardening, sports, quiet nights watching movies as well as few parties every now and then.
New tenant will have to go through referencing as we are renting through an agency. The contract will be for 1 year and can be extended after. Employed tenants will pay the rent monthly. Self-employed will have to pay 6 month in advance so 2 payments for the year of renting the property.
