3 bedroom property for rent

I will be travelling abroad for a year and am looking to rent my home for the duration of my time away. The property is fully furnished and consists of 2 double bedrooms upstairs and 1 double room downstairs, 2 bathrooms, large open planned living area, garden and double driveway. Ideally, I'd like to rent the whole property to a couple, rather than by room in a house share, though I am open to renting by room. For the whole property the rent would be £2,600 all bills included or by room it will be £900, including bills. I am also willing to be flexible on pets.
