Barnet house share!

**Looking for a New Housemate!** 🏡

We are a friendly and sociable house of 3 girls (Katie, Georgina & Teighan) based in Barnet, North London. The current tenant is moving out as she has bought her own house, so we are now looking for a 4th housemate to join us! Move in date will be in December if you are able to be flexible. 1 month notice will be provided in advance.

**About the House:**
- Location: 10-15 minute walk from both High Barnet tube station & New Barnet train station. There are numerous bus stops within 5 minute walk. We’re not far walk away from Sainsburys/Tesco Express/Aldi and the gym. Lovely green areas and woods to walk around as well in close proximity!
- Room: A double room which is unfurnished. It does come with the wardrobe which is built in. The black chest of drawers can be purchased from the housemate moving out for £50. You will share the bathroom pictured with 1 other person (everyone else has an en-suite). It is a nice size with plenty of storage space.
- Shared Spaces: Large kitchen where you will have your own drawers. We have 2 fridge freezers so you will share with only 1 person. We have a large living room for socialising (and storage if you need it) and a lovely garden with garden furniture to enjoy when the weather's nice.
- Parking: We have a driveway and free on-street parking outside.

**About You:**
We are looking for a female housemate, ideally in her late 20s to 30s, who is sociable and likes to chat but also respects personal space. If you’re looking for a friendly, girly environment where you can unwind and relax, this is the place for you! We are a tidy and clean household and we would need someone to fit into that dynamic.

**Rent & Bills:**
Rent is currently £751.82 and bills are currently around £134.91 per month, totalling £886.73. Deposit is £881.71 which will be sent to the housemate moving out. Bills include water, electricity, gas, WiFi & council tax. You will have an official lease agreement so reference and credit checks are needed.

**A little about us:**
We’re three corporate girls in our early 30s who enjoy chatting and catching up over a cup of tea (or the occasional wine!). We each value a balance between socialising and having our own time. The house is very peaceful which we value. We have a weekly cleaning rota for the house (and also one for the bathroom you will share with 1 other person - me ☺️ Katie!)
