Cleaner every 2 weeks. High speed fibre broadband, Sky TV. Sainsbury's, Waitrose and 24hr gyms nearby.
High Barnet Northern line -27 minutes to Euston ("TFL" website).
New Barnet train station -28 minutes to Moorgate ("Train" website).
New build house - things rarely break down. If any problems occur (boiler, bedbugs, washing machine, internet, etc) these are fixed promptly by people with the best ratings and experience at no extra cost to you.

2 Spareroom tenancy agreement-so it's fair to tenants. All housemates have reference checks-
- private landlord/agency references (within the last 3 years)
- a current employer reference to confirm affordability
3 Neighbours have young children…
4 From late January the live out landlord (early 30s, doctor, working outside London) will be away during the week but stay at weekends.
