Double room near tube station

Hi everyone! Please read til end.

We have a double room to let in our cottage in High Barnet (EN5), London in a 4 bedroom household. 7-10 min walk from the Northern Line, in a lovely neighbourhood with a high street opposite.

Available from around mid Oct - date tbc but can be flexible.

Rent with bills averages out £750 per month but goes slightly up and down due to shared items eg. Loo roll, cleaning products.

LGBTQ+ Friendly, we currently have a gorgeous cat, so MUST be cat friendly and actually like them 🐈‍⬛🤍

Currently 3 girlies, who like to natter, watch movies, cook and charity shop!

Room has a little furniture including a bed and a wardrobe

We have a lounge, dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (although one is en-suite) and courtyard.

Not suitable for smokers and also couples to rent together, but people are welcome to sleep over.

We would like someone clean and tidy and also a friend who likes to socialise but also do their own thing. We are all respectful of peoples times and schedules 🩷
