Based in New Barnet, single and double room in a 4-bedroom house, with shared kitchen and living room, upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room.

Within walking distance of New Barnet or Oakleigh Park stations, with links to Moorgate or Kings Cross. 20 min walk or short bus ride to Cockfosters on the Piccadilly line or High Barnet on the Northern line. 5 minutes' walk to East Barnet village.

No off-street parking but there's room to park outside the house - no parking restrictions.

I've advertised this as a Monday to Friday let as there’s no option to specify days, but ideally I’d like someone 2 or 3 nights a week (not weekends). Ideal for someone who lives out of London but needs to be in town 2/3 days a week. All household bills included (electricity, gas, tv, broadband).

Cost of room is £40 per night for the single room, or £50 a night for the double. Pls contact me for further details,
