Shared kitchen and bathroom, with laminate flooring throughout. WiFi broadband included, and all utility bills (electricity, heating, hot water, broadband) are covered in the rent.

The flat is located just a 2-minute walk from Beckenham Junction station (train/tram), offering excellent transport links to London and surrounding areas. Beckenham High Street and Beckenham place park are within mins walking distance, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Quite an affluent area with lots to do!

I am a full-time working professional, seeking someone who is clean and tidy and easy to live with. No couples, please.
