i wish to rent out 2 rooms in my house. write an ad to potential tenants saying that the property is occupied by a single lady working full time. house is 7 mins walk to clock house station that goes to London bridge/Charing cross and cannon street. it takes 17 mins to get into London. The tram to Croydon, Wimbledon is 2 mins walk from the house and you can get to Gatwick airport by tram/train in 30mins.

the house has all amenities like WIFI, garden, fully functioning kitchen etc. Ideal housemates will be professionals, clean, quiet and considerate of others. House is easy going. I work from home so Monday to Friday. living room is shared as is the rest of the house except bedrooms.

Utilities include fully furnished kitchen/dining room; with separate fridge/freezer. Free standing shower and toilet, will be shared between 3 people if all 3 rooms are occupied. on street parking.
