Double bedroom available for short let (4 months)

Looking for a flatmate for around 4 months, starting beginning of October 2026 to end-January 2027. (can be flexible)

This rental offers a double bedroom. I would prefer single occupant but would be willing to discuss offers for a couple (approx £200 increase to the rent currently quoted).

The tenant would have full access to the house, including:
• Your own bedroom, includes double-bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk (& upstairs toilet).
• living room – with BT TV and broadband (strong wifi)
• dining room – includes multifuel stove
• kitchen – all amenities, including dishwasher & washer/dryer
• bathroom – located downstairs, offers a shower only (no bath)
• small paved garden
• parking spot on the driveway

Tenant is welcome to work from home occasionally, and there is currently a desk, chair and screen set up in their room to do so. (can be removed if not required).

The house is located close to Clock House Station (4 min walk – trains to London Bridge and Charing X) and Kent House Station (7 min walk – trains to Victoria and Bromley). It is also well served for buses to Crystal Palace, Shortland or Croydon.

I live in the property, and work full-time, sometimes from home. I have lived in Beckenham for 16 years.

No pets live in the house, but relatives with dogs visit occasionally.
