Double Room for Rent

Hello, I’m looking for a flatmate to move into this flat from the beginning of December. My current flatmate is moving out of the country, and I’m very keen to keep this flat!

It’s a two-bed flat with one spacious bathroom and a living room. It has GREAT transport links, with Kent House station a 5-minute walk away and Clock House station less than 10 minutes away (6 mins if you walk quickly). Beckenham High Street is also a 20-minute walk away and has everything you need, including gyms, cafes and parks.

I’m a working professional and work as a physician associate in a GP, four days a week. I’m usually very tired after work, so ideally I’m looking for someone who respects my quiet time xx. That being said, I’m social and friendly, and I’d like to make sure you feel like this is your home too!

The room includes a bed, storage, and desks! It has a nice spacious desk so it’s perfect if you work from home often. You can also negotiate buying the chair from my current flatmate if you like :)

I am a (very) clean person. I usually like being responsible for cleaning the flat, but I’d really appreciate living with someone who cleans up after themselves—for example, not leaving dishes out for too long or leaving stains/messes around.

The current rent and bills come to £939 each per month, but I’m happy to pay a little extra so my future flatmate would pay £925 per month.
