Huge double room in Beckenham 🤩

Our flatmate is sadly flying the nest so we’re advertising her room in our fab 3 bed flat share in Beckenham, for a female in their late twenties - thirties.

The flat is lovely and spacious and we’re both super friendly. Being working professionals were quite independent and have our own lives and friends, but we’ll always have a catch-up in the evenings after work and occasionally go for dinner or drinks together. It’s more of a home than separate rooms like in other flat shares so we’re looking for someone who wants the same.

The room is a HUGE double with its own built in wardrobe. Unfurnished, but we will confirm if she’s leaving any bits here which you’d be welcome to.

The rest of the flat has a large lounge - bathroom - separate toilet - and spacious kitchen.

The room is available from the 1st November, potentially much sooner if needed. Rent is £576 a month - all bills included, due on 28th of each month. Plus a months deposit when you sign the contract. It’s a shared tenancy.

Travel/ location: There’s loads of space for parking out the front and on the side roads which are quiet. We’re less than a 10 min walk to Beckenham Junction or Ravensbourne stations and a 15 min walk to New Beckenham station.
